The County Fair

Caleb is getting so big!

Jonah has been very interested in wearing my shirts lately.



On Friday we spent some time at Great Grandma Condit's house, where we got to see her, Grammy, Pop, Uncle Jim, and Aunt Kim. Oh, it was fun! It was busy keeping Jonah from all the neat things in her house, so I only had time to take one picture, the boys with Uncle Jim!!!

Yesterday we went to the Collier County Fair. We've gone almost every year since we've been here, and it's so much fun. We thought Jonah would like it. Boy, was he ready for the fair, as you can see...

Our first stop was to see all the animals...



Here Jonah is feeding some carrots to the animals. On the way home, he said this was his favorite part of the day!



Caleb and I had a great time, too!



Jonah's enjoying a very large lemonade here. After this Luke took him on three rides. He loved two of them, but he was scared on the little rollercoaster, only because it was loud.

Jonah's Prayer

I just wanted to share with you what Jonah said at evening prayer the other night. Here's how it went:

Luke: "Okay, Jonah, who would you like to pray for?"

Jonah: "I'd like to pray for my wife. I'd like to pray for mama and dada. And I'd like to pray for Snow White."

Amen! What a prayer!

Grammy, Pop, and a Bed for Jonah

Grammy and Pop came to visit yesterday, and we had a wonderful time! We took a nice walk together in the afternoon...

and Jonah found a basketball hoop to play at.

I had to post this video. The other night while I was putting Caleb to bed, Luke was teaching Jonah how to punt the football. His instructions were, "Keep your eye on the ball, and then kick it!" Jonah was sure serious about keeping his eye on the ball, I had to get it on camera.

A Rather Odd Sleeping Position

I just had to post this very short video. This afternoon I put Caleb down for a nap, and then I read Jonah a book before I put him down. When I went back to check on Caleb, I was surprised to find him sleeping the way he was. I had to take a quick video! Then I had to go back and lay him down in a normal sleeping position.

Grandpa & Grandma Visit Again!

Grandpa and Grandma have been here for the past week or so, and it's sure been a lot of fun. It's been very very busy, which is why I haven't posted until now. Here are some pictures and videos from the week...

Do any of you ever watch the show Minute to Win It? We watched it one evening together and decided to try out some of the games. For one of them, you have to balance a plate and 5 stacked blocks on top of your head for at least 3 seconds. Grandpa did a pretty good job.
