More of Orlando

We're back from Orlando now, and although it was loads of fun, it's nice to be home. Here are some more pics from the vacation...

There were a few different pools at the resort, and one had a beach entry, which was perfect for Jonah. On the last day, we spent a lot of time in this spot!

The Place Where Dreams Come True...

Well, we didn't make it to Disney World, but we're at least close by! In Orlando. Nick and Jen are here, and Dan and Cathy were here for a couple days, too. Jonah is having a great time, so I guess you could say his dreams are coming true. Some pictures to prove it...

Welcome to the Booster Seat

Jonah still likes to stare out the window! (Joe and Mel, this is one of the outfits you sent us... so cute!)

We borrowed a booster seat from the neighbor to use when we're in Orlando, and Jonah ate dinner at it last night. He loved it!

Another parent lent us one without knowing we already had one, and this morning Jonah sat and read his books in the booster seat on the floor.

The First Haircut

I gave Jonah his first haircut yesterday- he really needed it! I couldn't take any pictures during the ordeal. It was challenging enough just to get him looking forward. Here are a couple pictures afterwards, though!

Last night we went to watch the open basketball tryouts, and Jonah could have stayed forever. He loved running around in the gym, bouncing the basketball, and watching the players. He wanted to be right out there with them! Every once in a while, one of the bb players would come over and bounce a ball to Jonah, and he loved it. It was so cute.

He's really into throwing a ball now.

"Fall" in Florida

A pumpkin for us and a pumpkin for Jonah...

In honor of the "fall" weather coming to Florida, we would have loved to go to an apple orchard, pick some apples, and make homemade applesauce. We settled for buying some apples at Publix and making apple crisp!
