Mornin', Sunshine!

Orientation is going on this weekend, so it's a really busy time. All of the new students have arrived, and they're involved in all kinds of activities. It's kind of nice to see the town "bustling" a little bit, and only half of the student body is even here right now! So I'm sure things will get much busier over the next week or so.

Jonah just loves his crib. In the morning when he wakes up, he just lays there and talks until we come get him.

Last night we went to the soccer game, and Jonah had fun with everyone.

He was definitely interested in the game, too!

He hung out with Dan for a little while.

Dan had fun pointing to Jonah's nose, and Jonah had fun pointing to the buttons on Dan's shirt.

There were quite a few people there to watch, which was nice to see. And surprisingly, it wasn't too too hot. We had a breeze!

Jonah and I hung out on the blanket, ate puffs, and played with the grass.

Laughter, the Best Medicine

Well, Jonah is walking everywhere now. I think he's really got it down! Just over the past couple days, he's been getting up on his feet and just going and going and going. It's amazing. He still crawls around, too, but he's very comfortable walking. He's also babbling a mile a minute most of the time! I don't have any pictures today, but I do have two videos to share. Before I do that, I must wish a very very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my brother Joe. We love you and hope you have an awesome day!!! You should definitely get a foot massage tonight. :)

The Park, Spelling Class, & the Dryer

The other night we took Jonah to a little park in Ave Maria. It was a nice evening, and there was a little breeze, so it was perfect. Even though he was a little too young for all the playground toys, he had a great time.

We had spelling class in the bathtub last night.

Even though he didn't really pass his spelling exams, he got an A+ in splashing.

Take Me Out to the Ball Game

I'm not sure what's been going on with the blog lately, but it's been acting up for some reason. I've managed to upload some pictures and a video today, so at least it's something.

We went to a baseball game the other night, and as you can see, the stands were PACKED.

Jonah really enjoyed watching the players and pretty much everything else.

Bath & Publix!

Just a little update. Jonah is SO talkative now... Luke says he's just like his mommy. Hahaha. If you sit with him and a book, like Luke is doing here, Jonah will just point to different things and talk. It is just darling! The book here is called "Farm Friends" (which came from Great Grandma Condit) and right now it's his favorite one. He loves the flowers on the different pages and is constantly pointing to them. We sit and read with him quite a bit.

A note to Grandma Dougoveto- you're not the only one who loves the laundry room!
